Namibia has more than 100 state-owned-enterprises. They have been assigned to different ministries according to their statuses. But despite the huge number, Namibia’s economy has not expanded as expected if one looks at the number of state-owned-enterprises. The question is: Does Namibia need any state-owned-enterprise at all?
