A Kavango East pensioner, who sustains her family through communal farming, has claimed that she has lost at least 27 goats to crocodile attacks and has never been compensated.

Agnes Ndjamba (60), residing in Muroro village, claims she has not received any compensation, despite her significant loss.

Unemployed and supporting three grandchildren, Ndjamba recounts losing five goats to a crocodile attack at the river last October.

This incident not only traumatised them but also left them economically disadvantaged.
