Bank Windhoek has announced the appointment of Candy Ngula as its new Head of Electronic Money (e-Money).

In her new role, Ngula will lead the charge in driving the value of e-Money while overseeing its growth and optimization across the bank’s Retail Banking Services.

The appointment was officially announced on Tuesday by James​​​​ Chapman, the bank’s Executive Officer of Retail Banking Services and Specialist Finance, with Ngula assuming her duties effective Thursday, 1st February.

Ngula brings a wealth of experience to Bank Windhoek, having previously served as the Deputy Director of Oversight, Licensing, and Policy in the National Payment Systems Department at the Bank of Namibia (BoN).
