Bank Windhoek has announced the appointment of Candy Ngula as its new Head of Electronic Money (e-Money).
In her new role, Ngula will lead the charge in driving the value of e-Money while overseeing its growth and optimization across the bank’s Retail Banking Services.
The appointment was officially announced on Tuesday by James Chapman, the bank’s Executive Officer of Retail Banking Services and Specialist Finance, with Ngula assuming her duties effective Thursday, 1st February.
Ngula brings a wealth of experience to Bank Windhoek, having previously served as the Deputy Director of Oversight, Licensing, and Policy in the National Payment Systems Department at the Bank of Namibia (BoN).
