Namibia has of late been experiencing a surge in uranium exploration, with a notable uptick in licensing applications dedicated to the search for nuclear fuel minerals.

This trend was revealed in a recent analysis conducted by Kuiri Tjipangandjara, a scholar specialising in water security and mineral engineering.

Tjipangandjara, who boasts a background encompassing roles at Rössing Uranium Mine and the University of Namibia, currently serves as the managing director at Water Solution Group.
