Canadian junior gold exploration company Sylla Gold has acquired four of Namibia Critical Metals’ non-core gold properties located in Namibia.
As part of the acquisition, Sylla will issue Namibia Critical Metals 3,000,000 common shares at a deemed issuance price of $0.05 per common share and pay Namibia Critical Metals N$1.3 million.
Under the agreement, Sylla will acquire NCMI’s 95% interest in its Namibian subsidiaries that hold the rights, title, and interest to the Grootfontein, Erongo, Otjiwarongo, and Kaoko licences, along with certain associated assets.
