Mines and Energy Minister, Tom Alweendo, has revealed ongoing talks with potential buyers for Namibia’s green hydrogen during the recently concluded 10th Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue (BETD) in Germany.
Under the theme “Accelerating the Global Energy Transition,” the conference brought together ministers and high-ranking delegations from over 75 countries to engage in discussions with representatives from business, science, and civil society.
The focal point of the conference was developing strategies to achieve the necessary tripling of new global renewables capacity.
