The Namibia Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has achieved an improvement in the effective implementation of its critical elements, a recent audit reveals.
The audit report compiled by the Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme on the Continuous Monitoring Approach (CMA) shows that NCAA recorded a positive improvement with the implementation of critical elements moving up from 57.39% in 2016 to 72.31% in 2024.
The critical elements encompass Primary Legislation (CE1), Specific Operating Legislation Regulations (CE2), Organisation (CE3), and others.
