In commemoration of World Suicide Prevention Day, this week on the CrossOver we looked at nurturing emotional well-being.

By addressing feelings, stressors, and inner balance. We also looked at practices such as recognizing and expressing emotions in healthy ways, setting boundaries, and engaging in activities that promote relaxation and joy.

Let us make emotional self-care a priority, as we try to manage and reduce anxiety, and cultivate resilience.
