As the world faces an urgent climate crisis, United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has issued a powerful call to action at COP28, stressing that time is running out to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius. Guterres urged wealthier nations to honour their financial commitments, helping vulnerable countries manage the devastating impacts of climate change.
