The City of Windhoek on Monday morning honoured Chief (Rtd) Abraham Kotokeni Kanime, the Founding Head of the Windhoek City Police Service (WCPS), by renaming the WCPS headquarters from the P.A De Wet Building to the Chief A.K Kanime Building.
