A. Namibia’s current account grew from a surplus of 312 million namibian dollars to a deficit of 432 million namibian dollars within a year.  This was stated in the June 2020 Quarterly Bulletin report released by the Bank of Namibia. B. The Karakul Board of Namibia overstated its shareholding in the Agricultural Board of Namibia’s building by N$ 147 223.  According to the Auditor General’s report on the accounts of the Karakul Board, the property is valued at 46 million 230 thousand namibian dollars. 

C. Agriculture and land minister, Calle Schlettwein said that land matters must be seen in the light of correcting injustices of  the past and creating economic opportunities for disadvantaged citizens with the aim to diminish inequality.
