Former fisheries minister Bernard Esau and fellow Fishrot accused Tampson Hatuikulipi have appeared in the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court at noon today for their formal bail application.Esau and his son inlaw are the fifth and fourth of the Fishrot accused to apply for bail.EagleFM understands that Esau was first to apply for bail between the two.

B. (ministry expects 300 000 pre primary and lower primary learners)Over 300 000 learners are expected to return to school as classes resume for pre primary and grades 1 to 3 tomorrow.
