The decision by the Transportation Commission to suspend the Air Namibia Services License was overturned by the High Court, Air Namibia’s Paul Nakawa has said. “We are free to continue flying. Our domestic flights continue as per the published schedule. We continue carrying the spirit of Namibia,” he said. This week Tuesday’s reports were that the cash-strapped airline was bracing for a grounding of its flights after it failed to get money to stay solvent. Air Namibia operate 10 aircraft and employees about 800 workers and needs N$8 billion to stay solvent.
