The Namibia Tourism Board (NTB) says there is a need for product development in Namibia, which must include adding value and packing traditional products ready for the international markets.
NTB’s board member Maggy Mbako, who made the call, emphasised the importance of product development to expand opportunities within the tourism sector.
“We need to put our heads together as NTB, as a community out there to really develop products. Namibia is rich in culture, and cultural diversity,” Mbako said.
