Basecamp Namibia has received more applications (68%) in 2024 from various Namibians through various entrepreneurial training or mentorship compared to 2023.

The Basecamp 2024 Impact report has shown that in 2024 the  Camp had 1 220 applications from various emerging and aspiring entrepreneurs who needed to be capacitated at different entrepreneurial stages.

In comparison to 726 applications in 2023.

The start-up-focused camp has also had more entrepreneurs (748) in its various programmes in 20224 compared to 2023 (405)

Highlighting the country’s positive entrepreneurial spirits and participation.

The report has also highlighted that the Khomas Region is the most active region with more entrepreneurs and aspiring ones participating in the Basecamp programmes.
