Namibia’s partnership with the European Union (EU) could mobilise N$400 billion in European private investments for the country’s green hydrogen sector.

This would be more than double the country’s GDP and could enable Namibia’s aspirations for green industrialisation.

EU Delegation’s Ambassador to Namibia, Ana Beatriz Martins, made these remarks during the grant signing ceremony towards various non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and institutions in Namibia meant for three projects for the strengthening of civil society’s participation and engagement in Namibia’s development agenda.
