Khomas Regional Governor Laura Mcleod-Katjirua has emphasised the critical need for ensuring adequate housing for all residents within the region, highlighting its pivotal role in fostering social equity and stability.
Speaking at the ground-breaking ceremony for the Goreangab Extension 4 Housing Project under the Informal Settlement Upgrading Pilot Project (ISUPP) last week, Mcleod-Katjirua stressed that housing goes beyond mere shelter, serving as a cornerstone for personal well-being, community cohesion, and economic opportunity.
