The Namibia Airport Company (NAC) has introduced the Air Connect Namibia Project, focusing initially on enhancing operations at the country’s primary airport, the Hosea Kutako International Airport.

The project’s primary objectives are to bolster Namibia’s competitiveness, support growth sectors, and position the nation as an attractive destination for tourism and business, thereby encouraging foreign direct investment, fostering economic growth, and generating employment opportunities.

Bisey /Uirab, CEO of NAC, stated that the project seeks to expand direct air connectivity between Namibia and international markets, with a particular emphasis on leveraging its international airports.
