Namibia’s newly launched e-Visa on Arrival service has processed more than 3,000 successful applications within just two weeks, the Namibia Promotion and Developmental Board (NIPDB) revealed.
The online visa-on-arrival application portal, introduced two weeks ago, allows those traveling to Namibia to apply for a visa from the comfort of wherever they are.
This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance Namibia’s accessibility, positioning the country as a competitive destination for both tourism and investment.
The e-Visa service enables eligible travellers to apply online and receive pre-approved visas before arrival, significantly reducing wait times and streamlining the entry process.
