The Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group is set to re-enter the retail market with a fully-owned Namibian brand, following its announcement to terminate its franchise agreement with Pick n’ Pay.
Sven Thieme, Executive Chairman of O&L Group, revealed that the company is already advancing its retail plans and will provide further details before the franchise agreement ends to ensure a smooth transition.
“Watch this space. We are not going to disappear from the retail arena. We will play a significant and much bigger role by creating another fully Namibian entity,” Thieme told The Villager.
