In our economic analysis, we do injustice to one of the greatest seasons in Namibia that all farmers and many Namibians get to feast on affordable free nutritional food.
That season is called Okufu in my vernacular, a season of harvest, when trees are producing fruit, and every fruit tree is ripening, this includes vegetables such as beans and ground nuts.
It comes at the end of the rainy season from March until June there.
