A exclusive interview with former Cabinet Minister, Pendukeni Ivula-Ithana, were she walked us through her career journey on what valuable lessons she learned having served in several cabinet positions.

She pointed out how she transformed the Ministry of Home Affairs by getting experts in the field to help the Ministry whst it is today, notably she also shared her experience of refusing a bribe in order to award the tender to build the home affairs building to another company with a difference of 100 million from the first one in order for corrupt people inside to benefit.

Finally she offered her advice to those who aspire to attain leadership roles.
