1. The International University of Management (IUM) received simulation equipment from the Independent Midwives Association of Namibia (IMANA), which is aimed at skills development for midwifery training at the institute. Speaking to Eagle Fm, the midwifery lecturer Annaloise Penduka explained that the training equipment also adds to the timeframe of practical training that students will be given as opposed to the once in a while event of viewing a live birth at a hospital which also infringed on the privacy during childbirth of an expectant mother.

2. Sylvia Hamata from IMANA notes that the standards of the donated equipment will upgrade the training potential of the students and the required skills that facilties and employers need.

3. The Namibia Revenue Agency (NamRA) has raised concerns over the growing trend of taxpayers deferring their import Value Added Tax (VAT) accounts before making payments. 4. AfrailX has received approval from (NIPDB) to develop an urban smart rail transit system in Northern Namibia at an estimated cost of N$37 billion. The project aims to improve connectivity between Oshakati, Ongwediva, Ondangwa, Eenhana, and Oshikango through the creation of AfrailX, a modern and eco-friendly transit system.
