In today’s early morning scoop, we spoke to the founder and advocate for rural economy Tulipohamba Kaanduka who lamented on rural employment schemes initiatives. Kaanduka runs a piggery start-up in northern Namibia indicated that the schemes are poorly implemented with little impact on rural communities. we also covered the importance of internship programs in the country as well as the Namibian police who hosted a workshop on women executive leadership and knowledge management to empower women leaders, deepen collaborative networks and explore solutions.
We have looked at various discussions about entrepreneurship, leadership development,Rural Employment Opportunities and social issues.
We have spoken to the youth League and student leader Willem Amutenya on the importance of internship. We also engaged Tulipohamba Kaanduka on the implementation of the rural development schemes.
