For the EMS, we have looked at various discussions that took place at various seminars and conferences in the last week. We looked at the seminar on renewable energy that was held at NUST, specifically looking at the country’s skillset and research. At the same time, we have also spoken to the delegation ITUC-Africa regarding labour matters in the continent and the impact of CBAM on African economies.
At the same time, we have also interrogated the political parties’ manifesto stance on the country’s monetary policy regime with Economist Abraham Iita. Lastly, we have looked at the importance of pitching for funding in addressing MSMEs and Startup funding gaps with angel investor Jesaya Hano-oshike.
