1.The Ministry of Mines, Energy, and Industry has announced a fuel price reduction effective Wednesday, April 2, 2025, This the Ministry referenced to a drop in global oil prices and a strengthening Namibia Dollar. Following its monthly review, the Ministry confirmed that petrol prices would decrease by 50 cents per litre, while diesel (50ppm and 10ppm) prices would drop by 80 cents per liter.

2. Kavango West farmer and former Regional Farmers Union Chairperson, Mahina, has voiced deep concerns over the prolonged economic struggles facing farmers in the Northern Communal Areas (NCAs).
